The Radical Acceptance Retreat is a space for women moving through transition, identity shifts, emotional waves,.
This retreat invites you to slow down, soften, and reconnect with the peace of your heart.

This retreat is designed to help you:

-
Let go of what you no longer need to carry
-
Rebuild inner trust
-
Re-align with your true desires, needs, and life purpose
-
Strengthen your connection to your higher self
-
Feel supported by a circle walking a similar path
-
Return to the natural flow of universal energy, presence, and gratitude
Breathwork — Releasing emotional weight + regulating the inner storm

Breathwork is one of the most effective tools for navigating emotional waves and reconnecting to inner peace.
During moments of grief, transition, or identity shifts, we keep the body in a state of alertness and internal pressure.
Breathwork in this retreat will help participants:

-
Calm the nervous system, regulating vagus nerve
-
Create space to process stuck feelings without being overwhelmed
-
Shift from survival mode to presence
-
Reconnect to the heart and higher self, allowing intuitive guidance to resurface
Yoga (slow, mindful, supportive) — Re-bebuilding trust in the body
After grief, burnout, or big transitions, we disconnect from their physical self.
Slow, mindful yoga helps participants:
-
Release tension stored in the shoulders, chest, and hips (areas most affected by suppressed grief and emotional fatigue)
-
Increase mobility and flexibility, helping the body feel lighter and more open
-
Rebuild trust and safety in the body, which is essential for emotional healing
-
Ground energy, shifting from anxiety or overthinking into embodied presence
-
Feel more connected to their needs and desires
Meditation — Creating inner stillness to hear what’s changing inside

Life transitions and identity shifts often create mental noise, confusion, and inner conflict.
Meditation is used in this retreat as a practical tool to help participants:
-
Find mental clarity and reduce worries and self-doubt
-
Observe emotions without drowning in them
-
Rebuild emotional resilience by strengthening the capacity to stay present
-
Connect with gratitude and higher guidance
-
Align with the true self and purpose, beyond roles or past identities
Sisterhood Circles — Being witnessed, held, and understood
Group sharing circles create a sense of belonging and emotional safety.
During these circles, participants will:
-
Feel supported instead of isolated in their emotional journey
-
See themselves in others’ stories, which softens judgment and accelerates healing
-
Receive compassion, validation, and connection
-
Rebuild trust in community, especially at a time when personal identity is shifting
Mindful Nature Walks & Slowing Down — Returning to the universal flow of energy
Nature is one of the most powerful teachers during grief or transition.
Walking slowly, breathing deeply, and reconnecting to the land helps participants:
-
Regulate their energy by syncing with natural rhythms
-
Release mental pressure through gentle movement in open space

Feel grounded and supported during emotional or identity shifts

Shift from control to surrender, mirroring how nature constantly transforms
